When you create an account or place an order with Vapekituk, we may ask you to provide your full name, date of birth, and billing address. Please make sure these details are entered correctly and match the information shown on official records such as your driving licence, electoral roll details, or UK credit card information.

By ordering an age-restricted product from Vapekituk, you give us permission to share the required information with One Account Mobile Limited, also known as 1account. This allows 1account to check your age and identity in line with UK age-restricted sales rules.

Your consent also allows 1account to keep relevant verification data where needed for future age checks. Any information processed by 1account is handled using suitable security measures. Data is reviewed regularly to make sure it is stored safely and only kept for as long as necessary. The Actual Process

The first time you place an order with Vapekituk, or if you use a different email address, the 1account age verification window may appear during the checkout or order confirmation stage. Your details will be checked automatically using the information you entered when placing your order.

If 1account can confirm your age from these details, you will not need to take any further action.

If your age cannot be verified automatically, you may be asked to complete verification using another method. This may include your mobile phone number, credit card details, electoral roll information, driving licence, citizen card, or another accepted form of identification.

If 1account is still unable to verify your age, you may be asked to provide your ID details directly to the Vapekituk support team so we can assist you further.

In most cases, age verification only needs to be completed once on your first successful order.

Unfortunately, if we are unable to verify that you are 18 or over through a safe and approved method, we will not be able to process or dispatch your order.
