Shipping policy
We deliver only within the United Kingdom, covering all postcodes in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not offer international delivery.
Orders placed and paid for before 6:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability and any required order verification.
Dispatch times
Orders placed after 6:00 PM, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are normally dispatched on the next working day. Our dispatch working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Dispatch is when we send your parcel. Delivery time is measured from dispatch and depends on the service selected.
UK delivery options and charges
These are our current UK delivery options. Checkout confirms the services available for your address and the final delivery charge before payment.
- Standard — free UK delivery — £0.00 Available on eligible UK orders of £25 or more. Premium delivery services remain chargeable.
- Royal Mail 2nd Class 2–3 Working Days — £3.00 Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Royal Mail 1st Class 2 Working Days — £3.50 Our delivery estimate is 2 working days after dispatch.
- DPD Next Day Delivery (Monday–Friday) — £5.90 Expected on the next working day after dispatch, subject to postcode and service availability.
- DPD Next Day Delivery (Saturday Only) — £8.90 Saturday delivery where offered and selected at checkout. Contact us before ordering if a particular Saturday is essential.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1 PM — £9.99 The delivery estimate shown for this option is 1–2 working days. The before-1-PM service is subject to Royal Mail acceptance times, postcode restrictions and service conditions.
Standard and next-day delivery estimates can be affected by bank holidays, weather, courier delays and destination postcodes. Where a carrier offers a delivery guarantee, its applicable service terms and exceptions apply.
