Age restrictions

Our store is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not sell our products to anyone under 18. Age verification may be required before an order can be fulfilled.

Products and use

Check the product description, selected variant and compatibility information before ordering. Use, charge and maintain products in line with the manufacturer’s instructions. Contact us if you need help choosing a compatible item.

Delivery

Orders paid for before 6:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day, subject to stock and required verification. Delivery services, charges and postcode availability are explained in our Shipping Policy and confirmed at checkout.

Cancellations and returns

For most online purchases, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within a further 14 days. A clear cancellation statement is enough; you do not need to wait for our approval.

We also offer a 30-day return window for eligible unused goods under our Refund and Returns Policy. This extended option does not limit your statutory cancellation rights.

Product condition and hygiene seals

The cancellation exception for health protection or hygiene applies only to goods supplied with a qualifying seal that has been broken after delivery. Opening outer packaging alone does not automatically remove cancellation rights.

These conditions do not remove your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Faulty goods and warranties

Contact us if an item is faulty or does not match its description. Your statutory rights may include a refund, repair or replacement, depending on the circumstances. Any manufacturer’s warranty is additional to those rights and does not replace them.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless another method is agreed. We do not deduct an administration or payment-gateway fee from a refund. Refund timing, return postage and delivery-charge refunds are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy. Sale items carry the same statutory rights as goods sold at full price.

Delivery address

You are responsible for checking the address entered at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will try to correct it before dispatch; an address change may not be possible after the parcel has been sent.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights or any liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
