Unwanted or Incorrect Items

Faulty or Damaged Products

We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 5–7 working days after the return or claim has been approved. Delivery charges are refunded where required by UK consumer law.
