Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM, at weekends or on UK bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery Options
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked: Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days.
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked: Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days.
- DPD Next Working Day: Delivery on the next working day when ordered before the applicable cut-off time.
- DPD Saturday Delivery: Available for eligible Friday orders placed before the cut-off time.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £25. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of weekends, bank holidays, courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need help with an order, please contact us at info@vapekituk.co.uk with your order number.
Unwanted or Incorrect Items
Under UK consumer law, online customers can normally cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned within the required timeframe and should be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened vape products, e-liquids, prefilled pods and sealed consumable items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and clear photographs or a short video showing the issue. We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 5–7 working days after the return or claim has been approved. Delivery charges are refunded where required by UK consumer law.
This policy does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
