Each pod contains 2ml of 20mg/ml nicotine salt e-liquid and uses a built-in 1.2Ω QUAQ mesh coil. The pods are draw-activated through the compatible BM600 device, with no manual refilling or separate coil change required.

Why use replacement pods?
The BM600 system keeps the rechargeable battery device in use while the depleted prefilled pod is replaced. This separates the consumable e-liquid pod from the rechargeable device and avoids replacing the battery unit each time the e-liquid is finished.

Returns & Refunds

Unwanted or Incorrect Items
Under UK consumer law, online customers can normally cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned within the required timeframe and should be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened vape products, e-liquids, prefilled pods and sealed consumable items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and clear photographs or a short video showing the issue. We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 5–7 working days after the return or claim has been approved. Delivery charges are refunded where required by UK consumer law.
This policy does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
