Known for its compact and user-friendly design, the Novo series by Smok hardly exceeds the size of a standard cigarette lighter.

Equipped with a fresh 800mAh battery, the device ensures an extended lifespan for uninterrupted vaping sessions, while the upgraded clear pods allow for precise monitoring of your e-liquid levels, ensuring you never run out unexpectedly.
Please take note that you should let your e-liquid-filled pod settle for 10 minutes before using it for the first time. In order to minimize dry hits and guarantee the optimum flavor and performance from your coil, this will enable the e-liquid to better saturate the wicking material, which is a sort of cotton.

Returns & Refunds

Unwanted or Incorrect Items
Under UK consumer law, online customers can normally cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned within the required timeframe and should be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened vape products, e-liquids, prefilled pods and sealed consumable items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and clear photographs or a short video showing the issue. We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 5–7 working days after the return or claim has been approved. Delivery charges are refunded where required by UK consumer law.
