The Smok Novo Box Master kit is a compact pod vape system in the Novo series. It offers a 1000 mAh battery, 30w boost mode, and various pod options for consistent flavor. Switch between boost and standard modes with a double-click. The boost mode enhances taste, while the standard mode is more subtle.

The device comes with a lanyard for easy carrying. The refillable pods feature childproof locks and leakproof designs. The system also includes intelligent pod detection and safety features like low-voltage warning and short circuit protection.

Lights:

The Smok Novo Master Box pod kit's LED indicator changes colour while you vape, informing you when to recharge your battery according on the current battery power.

Red: less than 30% battery power
Blue: 30% < battery power > 70%
Green: greater than 70% battery power

1.4A Type-C USB charging allows for speedy battery device charging. 

To refill the Smok Novo pod, remove the mouthpiece to access the off-centre filling hole marked with a red silicone spot. After refilling with e-liquid, wait 2-3 minutes for the cotton to saturate before use. Avoid inhaling right after filling.

Unwanted items

For most online purchases, you can cancel within 14 days after delivery and have a further 14 days to return the goods. We also offer a 30-day return window for eligible unused goods under our full returns policy.

Condition and hygiene seals

Broken hygiene seals can affect cancellation rights only where the legal exception applies. Opening outer packaging alone does not automatically remove those rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Your statutory rights are protected and may include a refund, repair or replacement. A manufacturer’s warranty does not replace them.

Refunds and postage

Refund timing, return postage and delivery-charge refunds are explained in the Refund and Returns Policy. We do not charge an administration or payment-gateway fee. Sale items carry the same statutory rights as full-price goods.
