The ELF is a Prefilled Device designed with a pre-filled e-liquid and comes packaged as a prefilled unit. Allowing the user to enjoy a flavorful vape with zero up keep, and requiring a trip to the trash once the device has been used up. Each Bar Prefilled Device features an estimated 600 puffs, and has an internal 550mAh battery which is to be thrown of once the life cycle is complete.

We deliver only within the United Kingdom, covering all postcodes in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Orders paid for before 6:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day, subject to stock and required verification. After 6 PM, at weekends or on UK bank holidays, dispatch is normally on the next working day.
UK delivery options
- Free Standard delivery: Eligible UK orders of £25 or more.
- Royal Mail 2nd Class: £3.00; estimated 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Royal Mail 1st Class: £3.50; estimated 2 working days after dispatch.
- DPD Monday–Friday: £5.90; expected next working day after dispatch where available.
- DPD Saturday: £8.90; select the Saturday service where offered at checkout.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1 PM: £9.99; 1–2 working days, subject to service and postcode conditions.
Premium services remain chargeable. Checkout confirms the delivery options and final charge for your address. Delivery estimates may be affected by courier delays, bank holidays and postcode restrictions.

Unwanted items
For most online purchases, you can cancel within 14 days after delivery and have a further 14 days to return the goods. We also offer a 30-day return window for eligible unused goods under our full returns policy.
Condition and hygiene seals
Broken hygiene seals can affect cancellation rights only where the legal exception applies. Opening outer packaging alone does not automatically remove those rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Your statutory rights are protected and may include a refund, repair or replacement. A manufacturer’s warranty does not replace them.
Refunds and postage
Refund timing, return postage and delivery-charge refunds are explained in the Refund and Returns Policy. We do not charge an administration or payment-gateway fee. Sale items carry the same statutory rights as full-price goods.
