About Vaporesso Luxe Q2 SE:
The Vaporesso Luxe Q2 is an extremely easy-to-use MTL pod vape kit with a simple activation function without pressing a button and a large built-in 1000 mAh battery for an intense and powerful flavour experience.
The Luxe Q2 Pod Kit comes with a 0.8Ω MTL/RDTL refillable e-liquid pod. The full range of Luxe Q series modules can be used, which also feature a 0.6 Ω RDL (Restricted Direct to Lung) option, as well as a 0.6 Ω Restricted Direct to Lung module and mouth-to-mouth modules. additional lung of 1.0 Ω and 1.2 Ω. . . Lung (MTL) options, all of which include the use of Vaporesso's SSS Tech anti-leak technology for precise and consistent flavor delivery.
The Luxe Q line of four pod options is compatible with the Luxe Q, Luxe Q2, Luxe Q2 SE and Luxe QS pod vaping devices and offers RDTL and MTL vaping.

Returns & Refunds

Unwanted or Incorrect Items
Under UK consumer law, online customers can normally cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned within the required timeframe and should be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, opened vape products, e-liquids, prefilled pods and sealed consumable items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and clear photographs or a short video showing the issue. We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 5–7 working days after the return or claim has been approved. Delivery charges are refunded where required by UK consumer law.
