These coils are designed for sub-ohm vaping. They require more vaping experience to use safely, and extra care should be taken when using a sub-ohm tank and mod. Returns & Refunds

For help, email info@vapekituk.co.uk with your order number.

Unwanted items

For most online purchases, you can cancel within 14 days after delivery and have a further 14 days to return the goods. We also offer a 30-day return window for eligible unused goods under our full returns policy.

Condition and hygiene seals

Broken hygiene seals can affect cancellation rights only where the legal exception applies. Opening outer packaging alone does not automatically remove those rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Your statutory rights are protected and may include a refund, repair or replacement. A manufacturer’s warranty does not replace them.

Refunds and postage

Refund timing, return postage and delivery-charge refunds are explained in the Refund and Returns Policy. We do not charge an administration or payment-gateway fee. Sale items carry the same statutory rights as full-price goods.
